1. Candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) using a unique mobile number and email ID.

2. Registration can be completed using Aadhaar, DigiLocker, PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport.

3. Personal details must strictly match the High School / Matriculation certificate.

4. If DigiLocker data is unavailable, manual entry is allowed.

5. Name, gender, and date of birth must be entered correctly as per certificates.
